Guest Refund Policy
If your booking qualifies for a refund according to the property’s cancellation policy, your refund will be processed after your cancellation has been reviewed and approved.
Refund Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used to make the booking.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
